Christo & Co announce three new developments with a GDV in-excess of £155 Million

Christo & Co are please to announce plans to start three separate developments with a total gross development value of in excess of ?155 million.

Christo & Co plan to start work on the three projects in the New Year.

The Projects
The projects are expected to comprise of the following: -

1) A mixed uses building incorporating 16,000 ft² of serviced offices and ten residential units on the Holloway Road;

2) A development of over 150 residential units with office space in Tottenham;

3) A luxury residential apartment block centrally located in the heart of Hampstead, NW3 London. Comprising a mixture of units ranging from 1,500 ft² to penthouses of over 3,000 ft² set in their own gardens.
